At MT STYLE, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your order. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mtstyle.com.au so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
